Hey people!!!

Want a good tip for making your life easy?

No, I’m not going to tell you how to clean your house without getting out of bed (although, if any of you have that answer, I’ll be waiting by my phone for your call!).

But, if you’ve ever wanted to make pizza and had no dough around, this one’s for you!

Next time you’re at the store, grab a few packages of dough – you know, the kind you get in the refrigerated section (unfrozen).

Bring it home, spray a knife with cooking spray and cut the dough into four sections.

Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and place the individually wrapped dough sections in a big Ziploc bag; place in the freezer.

When you’re ready to use it, you can place the individually wrapped balls (however many you are going to use) in the fridge overnight to thaw.

But chances are, you won’t be thinking about it the night before.  If you want to use it right away, take a small plate or bowl and spray it with cooking spray; unwrap the frozen dough ball and place it on the plate.  Loosely place the plastic wrap back on the dough ball and microwave it at 20% power for about 3 minutes (check every minute and turn the dough over if it’s getting soft on the bottom).

Even if it’s a bit cold/frozen in the centre, the warmth of your hands will finish off the thawing process.

Now you are all set to make the most epic pizza!!

Or if it’s too early for pizza…

You can always have it for breakfast (follow the cooking instructions from this piadina recipe!)

If you have this on a Saturday morning, nothin’ is gonna stop you today!!
