Maaaannnnn has it been hot here! Like, reeeeeal hot… like “it feels like my skin is melting” hot.

Honestly!

I don’t know about you but I don’t want to complain because, before you know it, blink, and it’ll be winter (sorry…I know the W words makes some of you cry…my bad).

Let’s make the most of the rest of these hot days and focus on all the goodness coming out of your gardens lately…’cause I think so many of you have become legit farmers over covid, amiright?

I had homemade frozen meatballs in the freezer so I just defrosted them and put them into the cavity of medium tomatoes to bake!! I bet you could come up with an exciting dish too!!
