Worlds Fastest Ice Cream - No Ice Cream Maker Required!

Serves: 6-8 cups
You can add whatever you like. Once you whip the cream and add the condensed milk, you can play with flavour combinations as you wish.
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • My add ins:
  • 6-8 crushed Ferrero Rocher
  • 3 tbsp dulce de leche (I used Bonne Maman)
  • 3 tbsp Nutella
  1. Whip the cream. at the highest speed, in a mixing bowl with a wire whip attachment until fluffy; lower to medium speed
  2. Add, streaming in while the mixer is mixing, the condensed milk; stir until combined.
  3. Swirl in the Nutella and dulce de leche.
  4. Scrape into a covered freezable container and freeze for at least a few hours or overnight.
  5. When you are ready to serve, take container out of the freezer and let stand at room temperature for about 8-10 minutes.
  6. Scoop and serve!
