Yup…that’s right…
I picked lettuce for my dinner and it is November 18th!
It is lovely when your garden keeps feeding you beyond your expectations. I know it is radicchio (which is a winter lettuce) but it still amazes me that in the midst of snow, sleet and torrential wind (all of which we had here in the past few days), I can still pick something to eat. On November 10th, I picked my last handful of raspberries (sorry, but I was so excited that I ate them before I remembered to take a picture).
Stay tuned…I still have cabbage!
