Healthy Israeli Salad
Israeli Salad is a must make Middle Eastern Recipe that is full of flavor! This salad is also similar to Italian cucumber and tomato salad but the flavours are more fresh!

- 3 plum tomatoes
- 1 large (English) cucumbers
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 red medium onion red or white
- 1/3 cup parsley chopped
- 1/4 cup lemon juice fresh
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp sumac (optional)
Slice the tomatoes in half and remove the stem piece (discard the seeds if you like).
Chop the tomatoes, cucumbers, and onion into smallish pieces; mince parsley.
Place the chopped vegetables and parsley into a bowl.
Add in the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, sumac (if using) and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix until combined and serve.
