In a small saucepan, make a glaze to drizzle over the salmon by adding soy sauce, honey, ginger, and water to a pot. Bring it to a simmer on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes or until bubbly. in a small bowl, add the corn starch and 1 - 2 tbsp of water and stir to combine; add to the glaze and cook for a few minutes to thicken.
Drizzle the sauce over the salmon, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions for garnish.
