10 Minute Honey Garlic Air Fryer Salmon Bites

These salmon bites take literally minutes to cook and not that long to prep (you can prep it in the morning and cook at night)! Such an easy, healhty meal idea!!

Ingredients

Salmon

  • 1 fillet roughly 1 pound/454 g salmon, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Honey Glaze

  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • ΒΌ cup water
  • 2 teaspoon corn starch

Dip (optional)

  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Garnish

  • sesame seeds, optional (for garnish)
  • chopped green onions, optional (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, marinate the salmon with honey, ginger, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat your air fryer for 2 minutes; place the salmon bites in the air fryer in a single layer and air fry for 6 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • In a small saucepan, make a glaze to drizzle over the salmon by adding soy sauce, honey, ginger, and water to a pot. Bring it to a simmer on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes or until bubbly. in a small bowl, add the corn starch and 1 - 2 tbsp of water and stir to combine; add to the glaze and cook for a few minutes to thicken.
  • Drizzle the sauce over the salmon, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions for garnish.
  • If making, combine all the dip ingredients and serve on the side!
