Prosciutto Arugula Brie and Fig Jam Panini
This sandwich will knock your socks off!! Try it!!

- 1 pkg pizza dough defrosted and cut into 4
- 250 g thinly sliced prosciutto
- 2 small rounds of brie sliced
- small bunch of arugula cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup fig jam or any sweet jam
Heat a panini grill (this can also be done on a barbecue). Take one piece of the raw dough and stretch it out. Place it on the grill and close it for a few minutes (until it gets golden brown). Repeat with the other three pieces.
Place the bread on a cutting board and slice them open (horizontally); it will be warm and soft on the inside!
Spread 1/4 of the fig jam on one slice. Place a handful of arugula on the bottom of the other half, and then top with a few slices of prosciutto, and a few slices of creamy brie.
Close it up and munch away...incredibly easy, super fast and crazy good!
