Here is a no nonsense icing, cake topping, muffin filler, cinnamon roll glaze, twinkie injector…whatever you want to call it, it is so versatile and easy.

Cream Cheese Icing
Serves: 2 -3 cups
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 c butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups icing sugar
- Combine cream cheese and butter and beat until smooth.
- Add vanilla and stir.
- Add in the powdered sugar and mix slowly (so you don’t get it all over you!) and continue mixing until you get a smooth icing.
- Use on your favourite cake or muffin or freeze (as directed above) for further use.
