Wouldn’t it be nice to know where your frozen corn comes from??
Why not buy some corn from your local farm and freeze it for your winter cooking (when you are forced to buy frozen corn which, at the very best, comes from the US)?  Twelve cobs of corn made 4 small freezer bags of corn.

Just husk each cob and run a knife along the length of the corn (easiest to place the cob, skinny side down, into the top hole of a bundt pan as you cut the kernels off…so they fall neatly into the pan and not all over the counter!).
Easy, peasy…….
